Dear Christy, I just read your new chat. Full of thought-provoking good information. Thanks.
Quiet over here taking care of my elderly Mother and walking our old dog. Slow days, and funny how life can get so quiet at times, when there is so much happening in the Universe.

Greetings to all Boston listeners….keep coming back
Christy, “The Bundle of Lies” is it possible to get any version you can pass on to me ,I have looked high and low but with no result’s. Another line I believe went as “I walked up a Down street”. I have a habit of getting as much information on song’s I sing because it help’s me understand a song better .I once followed a singer in London for about 2 month’s to learn a song from him, chord’s an all. Learning along the way,Isle of Hope I learned from Sean Sand’s while he was here in Boston. The song struck a nerve with me, and the memories are forever. Sean and myself sang McIlhatton at around 2 am to closed door’s of a watering hole full of Bidies and Mickies, it was a lot of fun. Then time to head home. Take care of youself. Love Fin

any chance of seeing you back in Berlin any time soon? There’s more Irish than ever out here now, and there’d be no shortage of Germans in the capital too dying for another glimpse of you here. Many of us only get home a couple of times a year and though we’re not far away it’s tough to time it with your Irish gigs – you’d be making many the expat happy.
Christy's reply

Hi Christy, I was asking you last week, did you recall Tommy Donohoe from Cornafean, your reply was very fitting and complimentary to Tommy, can i put this on the inside of the CD booklet? I stress, this is a not-for-profit project, its about preserving the songs and singing of Tommy Donohoe and will just be distributed locally. Thanks and no worries if you don’t want me to put it on.
I was chasing a recitation called “The Bundle of Lies” my grandfather Jack Power used to recite it….someone told me that Tommy Donohoe might have more of it and I went in search…as I recall I got a great welcome, there was tea and brown cake, there was banter and songs…

Hello Adam Wicklow, I tried to use your email address at yahoo.com but was unsuccessful.
This was my message.Howye Adam,
You replied to a plea I made in March on Christy Moore’s web site.
I’m looking for a copy of Christy’s DVD Come all you dreamers,
Live at Barrowlands.
I have been unsuccessful in my search and cannot trace my original copy.
You indicated you may be able to help so I’m asking for your help.
Go Raibh Mile Maith Agat
